1. Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Each Dreamline product is printed on demand with care. Fulfillment typically takes 14-21 days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you offer expedited printing or shipping?

Because our products are made to order, we don't currently offer expedited fulfillment. However, shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If it's been more than 21 business days since you placed your order, or more than 10 days since your tracking last updated, please contact us at hello@yourdreamline.com.

Include your order number and we'll help track it down.


2. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

All sales are final except for defective or damaged items.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@yourdreamline.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.

Do you accept returns for digital journals or downloads?

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we can't accept returns or issue refunds for them once accessed.


3. Digital Access & Subscriptions

How do I access my digital journal or subscription content?

After purchasing or subscribing, you'll receive an email with your login details or access instructions.

If you already have an account, simply log in at yourdreamline.com/account to view your materials.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — you can cancel anytime from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@yourdreamline.com.

Your access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.


4. Account & Community

How do I create an account?

You can create an account at checkout or anytime by clicking "Sign In" on our website.

What happens if I forget my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the reset link sent to your email.

Can I post in the Dreamline community?

Yes! We encourage reflection, inspiration, and respectful dialogue.

Please note: Dreamline reserves the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.

Are your journals eco-friendly?

Yes — all Dreamline journals are printed on demand to minimize waste and overproduction.

We intentionally produce in small batches to align with our sustainability values.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes — you can add a gift note during checkout, and digital gift cards will be available soon.

Do you earn commissions from product recommendations?

Yes — Dreamline is part of the Amazon Associates Program. When you click a book or product link and make a purchase, we may earn a small commission at no cost to you.
